Mobile Raceways, Australia’s largest Slot

excitement of Slot Car Racing.
Since 1994 we have delivered racing action at 100’s of venues
in Victoria
and NSW. From the company director to the tea lady, it’s a fantastic tool to
unite staff and
help build that team spirit within your company. Or let us
enhance your next product launch,
company function or that end of year bash.
With our fully computerized Mobile Track
System, we’ll come to you! The track measures 2.5m x 7.5m
and is permanently mounted on a trailer. Thus we need a minimum trailer
access of 1.3 metres wide
to get it inside your venue. Setting up takes only 20 – 30
minutes.
Our expert staff can organize a race championship, and set up a challenge
between departments.
It’s so much better than computer generated games,
because our slot car tracks are just like the real thing.
Cars biff and bump
each other as they round the corners together. You can get the tail end of you
car sliding
out as you carefully apply the power exiting the corners.
Calculate your move on the inside, around the next
corner and take the lead!
During the heats you can watch your team’s progress on the computer screen,
as they advance through the semis and into the finals. We’ll even organize
trophies
for the winners to brag around the coffee machine the next
day!
If your venue doesn't
have access for our 6 lane portable track, don’t worry! We can sometimes
tailor
a custom
designed
track to suit your needs, the options are almost unlimited.
POA.
This is the track that is currently available .... 6 lanes x 15 metre
circuit and
is capable of coping with 100 racers per hour.
We are also capable of adding
your Company logo to the track and / or cars.
At a recent venue for Foxtel,
we added the "Top Gear" logo ...
and the "History Channel"
logo.

The track is permanently mounted on a trailer and thus requires
trailer access.
The diagram demonstrates the size and area required to manoeuvre and set
up
the track. The track has to be under cover, so its best placed in your
carport or
garage. Trees and bushes will not provide adequate cover and are
unacceptable
alternatives.
Clearance through doorways and entrances must be at
least 1.3 metres, and
access has to be in a straight line. It will not go
through a normal doorway.
We need at least a double doorway
when entering large venues such as,
Gyms
and Basketball stadiums
etc.
We can usually negotiate the
trailer up one or maybe two steps. If your
venue
has more than two steps, we might
have to check it out before confirming
your
booking. We also need at least 2.1
metres overhead clearance when
un-folding
the track.

For the nitro fuel buffs we have a
portable ¼ Mile Drag Racing Strip.
We
use
1:10 scale drag cars. Such as Camaros, Mustangs, Chevy’s, Top Fuel Dragsters,
Hot Rods,
Ford and Holden Utes, run over a distance of approx 18 metres with
a 7 metre braking zone.
The computer screen displays your reaction times,
red lights and win margins. It requires no driving expertise,
just good
timing and reaction skills!
Our team can design racing
cars with your Company Logo and Artwork.
Your logo can be applied to the track and barrier fencing to give it that
realistic theme of
your “Company” being the major sponsor of the
championship event.
Another new product is
the latest range of expert Mini Radio Controlled
Cars.
All you need is a bit of floor space or tables pushed
together.
Then we’ll roll out the huge race mat complete with rubber
boarders and high grip surface.
Set up in the factory or board room if you
like? All cars have transponders so we can
track lap times and positions on
our laptop. Its voice animated so the fastest times and race
positions are
announced automatically.
