you’re racing,
all the action is monitored by the on-board computer system as our
racing host
assists your race goers. At the end of each race, the winners are displayed on the race
screen, whilst the unique auto return system takes over, and drives all the cars
automatically back to the start line, ready for the next heat. So kick back, and let
us organise all the racing for you, while you and your friends join in on the fun and
excitement.

lead-footed 5 year olds, we can slow the track speed down, so they get more enjoyment out of
racing their friends without coming off at every corner! We have a very simple
rotation system that ensures that all the kids get to race all the cars on all the
different lanes. If you have more than 6 kids, they will all get a turn at becoming track
marshalls, which place the cars back on the
track.
The diagram demonstrates the size and area required to manoeuvre
and set up the track. The track has to be under cover, so its best placed in
your carport or garage. Trees and bushes will not provide adequate cover and are
unacceptable alternatives.
Clearance through doorways and entrances must be at least 1.3
metres, and access has to be in a straight line. It will not go through a
normal doorway.
We need at least a double doorway when entering
large venues such as, Gyms and Basketball stadiums
etc.
We can usually negotiate the trailer up one or
maybe two steps. If your venue has more than two steps, we might have to check
it out before confirming your booking. We also need at least 2.1 metres
overhead clearance when un-folding the track. We charge $180.00 for the first hour and $50
for every 30 minutes thereafter. On the day we can sometimes extend your booking
at your request, you just have to ask the operator when he
arrives. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure
your booking. Or you can pay the full amount prior your
booking. The Deposit amount and the Balance payable
works like this ... 1 hour booking. The Deposit is $110 and the
Balance owing is $70. 1˝ hour booking. The Dep. is $140.00 and the
Balance owing is $90. For every extra ˝ hour the deposit increases by
$30 and the balance increases by $20. The deposit has to be received by us
at least 14 days prior to your booking date, or your event
will not be confirmed. A delivery fee may also
apply. For a small cost of only $10.00 each, we can
bring along some die-cast Trophy Medallions to hand
out.
We accept cash on the day or you can pay by
credit card over the phone 2 days prior your booking for the balance. Cheques are not acceptable
!! Please be sure that on the day of your
function, that you have a powered, under
cover location
to protect the computer enhanced Slot Car
Racing Circuit from rain and direct sunlight! Our
mobile track is in such great demand you’ll need to book well in advance. Please email
